AVOS Therapy Slides V3.1

These slides are so helpful. I was to the point where I couldn’t do my workouts or hardly walk. I’ve used them daily since I’ve had them a few weeks and can already tell a difference. Thank you so much!

Growing up playing soccer, trail running, and being a skateboarder for the past 20 years my feet have put in work and taken a beating. Now in my 30’s I’ve dealt with planter fasciitis and foot pain. I've been using the slides for about six months now and I really appreciate the results. I started with the minimum ball, then the medium ball, and wound up moving up to the maximum ball pretty quickly. At 44, with plenty of injuries to my legs and back, I think my feet are pretty overdue for some proactive interventions.

I put the sandals on almost every morning while I'm getting my son ready for school, and then I take them off. Sometimes I'll put them on later in the day as well. But they're a great way to increase blood flow to my feet first thing in the morning, and also loosen up some tightness.

The fact that they're such an easy way to start a routine every day is also helpful: all I do is slip on my Avos and I'm taking the first step to take care of myself and think about the choices I make over the course of the day.
